    咖啡和茶能延年益寿

    (综合电)咖啡、茶、巧克力有益健康、可延年益寿?

    英国权威营养专家、里兹大学食品科学系前主任威廉森博士,列举了20种最能延年益寿的食物.

    这些食物全都富含“多酚类化合物,这种天然化学物质对人体好处多多,其中包括预防心脏病。

    这份食物名单以蔬果类占多数,咖啡、巧克力及茶也在列。

    威廉森说,这20种食物也能保护细胞免于受到经常发生的天然伤害,有助于减缓人体老化过程。

    他指出,流行病学研究证明,富含多酚类物质的食物对人体具有保护作用,

    蔬果摄食量不足而导致饮食中缺乏多酚类物质,将会增加罹患慢性疾病的风险。
